New Rules WUSV Universal
With these new rules for the year 2026, derived from the WUSV World Championship Universal regulations, the organization aims to motivate more members to present the German Shepherd Dog during the Universalsieger from 19 to 21 June in Kaatsheuvel, the Netherlands.
The sporting presentation of the German Shepherd Dog as the most universal (versatile) working dog can thus become even more visible!

Every WUSV country has the possibility to participate with 8 members!The other members participate fully in the individual competition but do not count for the team.
In the final scoring, the three highest participants of the team are counted, on the understanding that both sexes, so both males and females, must be represented in these three.
Off course it will be still possible for each country to participate with a minimum of one participant. To compete in the national team competition, three participants are required as mentioned above.

A youth member may also participate, possibly with an IGP 1, 2 or 3 dog. These are not counted for the The youth member must be no older than 21 years of age.

Nieuwe regels voor deelname aan de WUSV Universal Sieger
Met deze - van de WUSV WK Universalsieger reglementen afgeleide - regels voor het jaar 2026, wil de VDH zowel de exterieur als africhting georiënteerde VDH-er motiveren, om de Duitse Herdershond universeel te presenteren.
De sportieve presentatie van de Duitse Herdershond als de meest universele (veelzijdige) werkhond, kan daarmee nog duidelijker zichtbaar worden!
Uiteraard wil Nederland een landenteam deel laten nemen aan de wedstrijd voor de WUSV-Universalsieger van 19 tot en met 21 juni in Kaatsheuvel, Nederland.
Wil je proberen je te selecteren voor het Nederlandse team, schrijf je in op het Nederlands Kringgroep Kampioenschap bij Kgr. Schijndel van 28 tot 29 maart, in de klasse IGP III.
Kwalificatie-eisen
1.
De eigenaar / deelnemer moet lid zijn van de VDH, de hond moet een raszuivere Duitse Herder zijn.2.
Een erkende, gunstige uitslag voor zowel HD als ED. 3.
Minstens een kwalificatie Zeer Goed op een door de VDH georganiseerde Nederlandse clubmatch, behaald 4.
Deelname aan de NKK 2026 in de klasse IGP III. Op dat evenement wordt het landenteam bepaald voor Sluitingsdatum en voorwaarden
De sluitingsdatum voor inschrijving is 1 juni 2026. De vijf hoogst gekwalificeerden komen voor deelname aan het team in aanmerking. Er is ruimte voor een vertegenwoordiging van acht deelnemers per land.
Ook mag een jeugdlid meedoen, met eventueel een IGP 1, 2 of 3 hond. Deze worden niet meegeteld voor het team, hij/zij doet mee in het zelfstandig jeugd WK. Het jeugdlid heeft een leeftijd van maximaal 21 jaar.
Per land is het zelfs mogelijk om deel te nemen met minimaal 1 deelnemer, om mee te dingen in de competitie in het landenteam zijn 3 deelnemers nodig, waarbij beide sekse vertegenwoordigd moeten zijn.
